I’d like to thank: My husband for his loving support and my sons for being brilliant lights shining in the darkness.

In October of 1997, as I began to meditate, I experienced the total Oneness of God. A voice came to me that filled the room that I was in to the extent that I looked around because I knew the voice was not from me. It was my guardian and guide, Alyzhia, who began to tell me information that changed my life. I saw myself as well as my surroundings through her ‘eyes’. It was as if I could see the particles that we are made up of. At the end of my meditation, confirmation of this divine event came when my then 6 year old son approached me and told me that he had been playing with the angels in his bedroom. The angels had instructed him not to disturb me.

I wrote down what Alyzhia told me as quickly as possible after that first encounter and each time thereafter. It is now time to share this journal of notes with others. Alyzhia’s Journal is written as given to me. There are no embellishments. I hope that these words help others as much as the words help me. – GTT, 1997
